Yellow fall foliage. Bears 2-3 years after planting. Does well in neutral or acid soils. Self-fertile and long lived. Adaptable to moist or dry soils. Hardy and drought tolerant. Ripens during July. Originated in Alberta,Canada. Introduced in 1952.
